Marketing 101 - How to think like a marketing expert
By the end of this 2-hour session you'll understand marketing like you've never understood it before. You will 'think like a marker'.

Module 2 (2 hours)
Identifying your target market and USP
In this section we’ll identify some core target markets for you to focus on.
We’ll also develop your USP or 'unique sales proposition' that lets people know why they should do business with you instead of your competition.
Module 3 (2 hours)
Marketing Mix – Your Core Marketing Methods
In this section we’ll identify the various marketing methods and options that will work best for you. You will create lots of options for you to choose from and determine which one's work best for you.
Based on your market and your own strengths and weaknesses, you'll identify the best marketing mix for you and your business.
Modules 4 (2 hours)
Key Marketing Skills
This section will focus on one or two of the main marketing methods you’ve selected. We’ll work on implementing them in more detail.
An example might be setting up your ‘Formal Referral System’ to double the number of referrals you’re getting on a regular basis.
Another example might be to create a 'Frond End System" that generate an incoming stream of leads that can be converted to new business on a regular basis.
If lateral marketing or joint venturing are the methods you've selected, you'll learn how to apply them in detail.
Module 5 ( 2 hours)
Key Marketing Skill - Your New World Class Referral System
In this module, we’ll work on developing your referral system. In the real estate and mortgage industries, you simply must have a 'formal' referral system - because having one will multiply your business significantly.
This section of the training will show you the 'Customer Service and Referral by Design' method Alexander modeled from top sales producers at the Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation.
The model was created using a real estate professional who made over $400,000 a year entirely by referral. It includes insights modeled from Mortgage Originator Magazines top 2% of producers; those who generate over 100 million dollars a year in gross loan volume.
The system you'll learn is a straight forward referral generating system that's automated so it's easy to do.
Module 6 (2 hours)
Create Your Marketing Plan
Set up your marketing calendar, weekly actions to take, one-time actions and some targeted marketing related goals.
This section will include some helpful insights to keep you on track so you regularly complete simple marketing action steps on an ongoing basis.
