Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

LasVegasSeminars.com incurs expenses to produce events, e-courses, trainings and seminars for which you may have registered. Because transfers and cancellations result in lost revenues, we have established this Transfer and Cancellation policy.

0. Seminar payments made for all seminars and e-courses are non-refundable. If you do not attend for any reason you are not entitled to a refund but may request a transfer credit good for up to 1 year.

1. You may transfer credit and payments made for any training for which you have registered to another one of our trainings within 10 days of registering without being charged a transfer fee. After 10 days the Cancellation Policy shown below applies.

If you cancel, you may elect pay the transfer fee or forfeit the course.

2. If for any reason you cannot attend a training for which you have registered and paid, you may allow someone else to attend in your place by submitting written notice to LasVegasSeminars.com.

3. Product refunds are issued only after the product has been returned and shown to be damaged or unusable.

4. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered by mail or faxed to 702-898-1939. You may email cancellation to AVanBuren@cox.net. Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid.

5. If you do not notify LasVegasSeminars.com in writing of changes or inability to attend, no refund, credits or transfers will be available.
Transfer credits apply only to seminars and e-courses we are offering and for which you qualify. The requirements for courses that have prerequisites must be met for the transfer credit to be applied.

6. In the event that installment payments are being made, the registrant has up to 24 hours prior to the start of the training to make payment in full.

7. Should any payment for trainings default, the registrant has 10 days to remedy the situation. After 10 days the Cancellation Policy will apply. A N.S.F. or credit card decline charge of $20 applies.

8. All dates and locations are subject to change without notice.

9. In addition to these provisions, our e-course training policy applies to all e-courses for which you may enroll.

* Credits for trainings are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

Guarantee

Every one of our courses is backed up by this guarantee. If you attend the training and for any reason, feel it's not for you, just let us know by the end of the first day and we'll issue you a transfer credit for another one of our seminars.

This guarantee applies only if the person who registered for the training attends themselves. It will not be honored if the registrant elects to send another in their place.

Meals and accommodations

a. Pricing on our courses is for tuition only and does not include food, travel or accommodations unless specifically stated by LasVegasSeminars.com.
